What happened
MINO activates amid Gallifrey’s stillness. Raven’s erased history, divergent selves and the machinery of the Houses and Matrix reveal a system in which consent can be manufactured. The struggle frees Loomlings and brings hidden abuses into public view.
Where the book leaves us
The aftermath takes time: archives open and the Council is replaced. The Doctor, Raven and MINO leave together. Reform does not settle everything; the Master’s recursion and House Dvora remain unresolved concerns. The book creates a new travelling company while refusing to make Gallifrey’s change instantaneous or complete.
