Begin with Threads of Becoming
Book 1: Threads of Becoming is the clearest starting point. Follow the numbered books to discover relationships and consequences in sequence. The Reading page collects the full saga and lets you search published chapters. Your reading position is saved in the browser you use.
Do I need to know Doctor Who?
No background reading is necessary to begin. If a term catches your interest, the guide to regeneration explains how the Doctor can live through different bodies and personalities. The introduction to Doctor Who supplies the wider background. These are companions to the books, not prerequisites.
What kind of stories are these?
Expect strange places, mysteries, dry humour and decisions that are harder than defeating an enemy. Identity and memory recur throughout the saga. So do the practical questions of who gets heard, who bears the cost of a rescue, and what happens after a traveller leaves.
